You can enjoy croquettes, spicy potatoes, small sandwiches, pasties and mini burgers at excellent prices here. It has a terrace, which is ideal now that summer is coming. It is a 15-minute metro ride and a 26-minute walk from our apartments.

Taberna Los Gatos

This picturesque bar is highly valued for its original decoration and, of course, for its beers and tapas. You can try a wide variety of toasties, stuffed piquillo peppers, steamed mussels, snacks and much more. The establishment is small, but we assure you a visit will be worthwhile. It is just 18 minutes from Gran View Apartments by metro (line 1).

Casa Julio

Looking for a tapas establishment in the heart of Madrid? There is no better place than this! This traditional tavern is famous for its croquettes, although its customers also recommend trying its homemade meatballs and Russian salad and the wide selection of wines on offer. It is a welcoming venue just a 7-minute walk from our building. A must in Malasaña!

Jurucha

We couldn't end our tapas tour in Madrid without mentioning Jurucha, a highly rated establishment in every sense of the word. Here, you can enjoy a wide selection of snacks, beers, and wines. The price per person is quite affordable, and it's an essential place to visit in the Salamanca district. We recommend you get a seat early because it's usually quite crowded. It is just a 20-minute metro ride from our apartments.
